Making a Reservation…
To make a
reservation, please.
call our office at (707) 577-8894. Office hours are
Monday – Thursday 9:00am to 5:00pm and Friday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. You will be given a seat assignment, pick-up
location and confirmation number. If you
leave a message after hours requesting a reservation please be advised that you
must receive a call back from the office to guarantee space is
available. To be fair to all
guests, Daytripping assigns seats for motor coach travel in order of
reservation received. If a certain seat is important to you, or you are
traveling with a group of friends, please let us know at the time of your
reservation and we will do our best to honor your request when possible.
Wait List…
If the tour you are interested
in is full, we encourage you to get on the wait list. Not only does it help
those who must cancel, but also if there is enough interest, we will add a
second coach or reschedule the same tour on another date.
Payment Schedule…
Each tour has it’s own payment schedule. But generally they follow these
guidelines:
Day Trip Full payment in 10 days
Overnight Deposit of $150.00 due in 10 days
Balance
due 45 days prior to departure.
After making a reservation, we
ask that payment be received in the office within 10 days. Checks are the
preferable means of payment, but we also accept visa and mastercard
for day trips and overnight trip deposit. Balance of overnight trip must be
paid by check. When payment is received, you will be sent a letter of
confirmation. It will state the pickup location, seat number(s), any additional
information you need for that trip, and receipt of your check.
Cancellation Policy…
All cancellations result in a
$5.00 administration fee. Each tour has its own policy, but generally a full
refund (less the $5.00) is given if the cancellation is prior to the following
schedule:
Day Trip (with no tickets) Two weeks
Overnight Six weeks
Cruise and airfare
cancellations follow the guidelines of the cruise or airline. If you must
cancel after these dates, we will try to resell your seat from our waitlist.
Daytripping is not responsible for
events cancelled out of our control. You will be notified of any changes made
to a tour. Daytripping reserves the right to cancel a tour for any reason. Full refunds will be given for complete trips
cancelled by Daytripping.
Daytripping reserves the right to
refuse service to any guest who is interfering with the enjoyment of others.
Airfare Policy…
Daytripping will select the best
air flight option for each tour. This is
the flight the tour escort will travel on and Daytripping will provide ground
transportation to connect with this selected flight. If you would like for Daytripping to make
your flight reservation we will be pleased to do so. At the time you call to make flight
arrangements we will contact the airline for current pricing and make your
reservation upon your consent. Payment is due at the time of reservation and
all refunds and cancellations are subject to the airline policy.
Newsletter…
All guests automatically receive a Bulk Mail
Newsletter every other month. If you
prefer not to receive this mailing please call the office to have your name
removed from the mailing list.
Priority Mail is available by subscription at
a cost of $20 per calendar year. Priority Mail subscribers receive a Newsletter
monthly via 1st Class Postage.
