Now, Buddy – The Buddy Holly Story tells the story of the three years in which he became the world’s top recording artist with a show that features over 20 of Buddy Holly’s greatest hits including “Peggy Sue”, “That’ll Be The Day”, “Oh Boy”, “Not Fade Away”, “Everyday”, “Rave On”, “Maybe Baby”, “Raining In My Heart”, Ritchie Valens’ “La Bamba”, and the Big Bopper’s “Chantilly Lace”. Charles Hardin ‘Buddy’ Holly, the young man with glasses whose musical career spanned an all-too-brief period has enjoyed, via this show, a longevity that was denied him in 1959. We will stay at the Silver Legacy Hotel with dinner at The Roxy before the show. A Breakfast Buffet and late departure on Wednesday. All meals are included.

Welcome the Lunar New Year and the Year of the Rabbit. This event features a mix of music and instruments in a fusion of East and West. It includes a festival reception with Asian instruments, lion dancers and Chinese calligraphers. Daytripping attended this event last year and it was spectacular. In keeping with the theme of the day we will have a Chinese lunch prior to the concert and arrive in plenty of time to enjoy the festival. Gun Hay Fat Choy!
