Demand for the trip presentations has out grown the capacity of our Daytripping Clubroom so we are now holding the presentation at the St Rose Catholic Church. Since space will not be an issue RESERVATIONS WILL NOT BE REQUIRED. The format will be different this time, with extended tours being presented from 11:00 to 12:00 followed by lunch and entertainment. At 1:00pm all day trips will be presented. The location of St Rose Catholic Church is 398 10th Street. Entrance to the Church is via the 10th street parking lot. Directions: from College Avenue, turn south onto Morgan Street, drive two blocks and turn left on 10th Street. See you There!

Your day begins with a ferry ride from Larkspur to San Francisco's Ferry Building for a guided walking tour of the restored ferry building and The Ferry Plaza Farmers Market . Following the tour you will have time to shop the markt - widely acclaimed as one of the top farmers markets to visit. Lunch will be at the Flower Market Cafe. Next we will visit the San Francisco's Famous Flower Market where we will enjoy strolling the market and shopping for colorful, fragrant flowers. Return by ferry to Vallejo where the bus will be waiting to take you home.

Paint Your Wagon takes place in the California wilderness of 1853, and tells the story of a crusty old gold miner, Ben Rumson, his daughter Jennifer, and a townful of miners and other colorful Gold Rush characters. Songs include "I Talk To the Trees," "They Call the Wind Mariah," and "Wandrin' Star." We will have a picnic in the park prior to the show. A perfect summer evening.
