We will stay The Spa Resort in Palm Springs - not only a beautiful spa, but it has two pools that are fed by natural hot springs and a Casino. Take the Aerial Tramway two and a half miles to the summit to enjoy lunch and the views. Tour Celebrity homes. Catch the spectacular spring blooms in the dessert as we tour Joshua Tree and Anza Borrego National Parks and exlore natural palm oases. Take a real Covered Wagon Tour to get a close-up look at the rugged desert landscape and after the tour enjoy a delicious BBQ Dinner with live western entertainment and a bonfire. 	Ascend two and one half miles to a pristine wilderness aboard the world's largest rotating tramcars to enjoy spectacular views of the Chino Canyon and the San Jacinto Mountains and the Sonoran Desert and lunch at the Top of the Tram. There is also a 20 minute film on the history and construction of the tram for those interested.

	Anza-Borrego Desert State Park is the largest state park in California and offers unparalleled opportunity to experience the wonders of the California Desert. The park is named after Spanish explorer Juan Bautista de Anza and the Spanish name borrego, or bighorn sheep. The park features washes, wildflowers, palm groves, cacti and sweeping vistas. Visitors may also have the chance to see roadrunner, golden eagles, kit foxes, mule deer and bighorn sheep as well as iguanas, chuckwallas and the red diamond rattlesnake.
