| This tour will start with a cooking demonstration at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in St Helena. During the weekends, the CIA's DeBaun Theatre comes to life with live cooking demos performed by the school's renowned chef-instructors. The one-hour events feature recipes that reflect the seasonal flavors of the Napa Valley wine country. After the demo, you will then be guided on a tour the facility and grounds, including the Institues garden. After the tour we will gather for a sumptious three course lunch at the Greystone Restaurant. | |
