| 26th Annual Mendocino Whale Festival is timed to coincide with the annual northward migration of the Pacific Gray Whales with their calves. This festival transforms the town in honor of the magnificent creatures, with highlights including seafood chowder tastings by the area's top chefs, wine tasting, marine mammal art exhibit, docent-led whale walks on the headlands and the Grey Whale Exhibit at the Ford House Visitor's Center. The highlight of this day will a whale watching cruise from Noyo Harbor in Fort Bragg. Lunch on the waterfront in Noyo Harbor at Silver's on the Wharf Restaurant. | |
